Paver Sealing
While concrete pavers can be a beautiful addition to many homes, proper upkeep of these pavers will increase the beauty and structural integrity of the surface. The sealing products that we use enhance the natural colors in the bricks and look better than even freshly installed pavers.
Also, over time the joint sand in unsealed pavers starts to erode which allows the pavers to shift. Once the pavers have shifted it is almost impossible to achieve a uniform look. Our sealing products include a joint stabilizer that strengthens these paver joints to maintain a structurally sound and uniform surface area.
Additionally, sealing pavers allows oil from vehicles and foot traffic to not absorb into the pavers and can be cleaned off much easier. If pavers are sealed every 2-4 years, they can remain a beautiful and structurally sound feature on your property.
Travertine Sealing
Similar to Pavers, travertine is a stunning feature, but proper maintenance makes them safer and more aesthetically pleasing. Because travertine is a flat and less porous surface, when it becomes wet, it can easily become slippery. Our sealing techniques involve including a non-slip additive that makes them safe to walk on even when wet.
Also, although it is not very porous, the material does have many divots and valleys which collect water and build up mold quickly. Regularly sealing travertine keeps the mold from accumulating in the joints and divots as frequently and helps it to remain aesthetically pleasing.
