I am writing this review from an employees perspective. After working with Tom for some time now., i can say honestly that Tom is very knowledgeable, straightforward, and easy to do business with. A person with honor, as well as a good sence of humor with a good heart. But dont take my word for it. Give him a call and find out for yourself.

Had our cement tile roof Soft Washed after 3 years of major dirt, mold, mildew, and algae. The roof looked very dreadful, and we needed it to look like it did when it was cleaned years before with a high pressure cleaning. Wanted the Soft Cleaning as not to damage the tiles or cement the tiles were placed in. After about one hour, the roof looked brand new, and the next day looking over our extensive landscape all was alive and thriving. In addition, the price was reasonable, and contractor arrived on time. A Great Experience.

Outstanding job pressure washing and sealing my pool deck it looks brand new!!!! I highly recommend Island Blue services very professional and goes above and beyond! When he did my pool deck he even did my driveway and sidewalk too!!! I wouldn’t use anyone else!

Unbeatable for the price!!! Hired them to come out while I was on vacation.. phenomenal job! I forgot to unlock the back patio before I left, so they couldn’t get to it while I was gone. The owner, Tom came out himself and finished it up with out charging me extra when I got home. I recommend 1-gazzilion%!!!!!
